Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our refund and return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 to 15 days of delivery (depending on the product category). To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Note: Certain items like innerwear, personal care, customized products, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [support@yourstore.com] or call us at [Your Contact Number].
Please include the following:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item back.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)
  • In case of COD orders, we may require your bank details to issue the refund.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Wrong or defective items

To process an exchange, please follow the return process and mention “Exchange” in your request. Once we receive your returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 3-5 working days.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel, contact us immediately at [support@maxdeal.com].
